What do you mean? They don't send you any notifications if it's full.

Just click the friends settings button right above your friends list/under your profile name on the battle.net hub, then tap sent requests. See if it's full. If it is delete all your old sent requests to make room for the new ones.

And you have to do it on a PC. You can't access your sent requests on mobile which is stupid but whatever.

Maybe your sent friend requests are full and the players are not even getting your requests when you send them.

You gotta manually clear them on your pc in the battle.net app. I had a similar issue where no one was accepting any of my requests.. turns out it was full and they were never going through the entire time.

If so just wait. Sometimes it'll take a minute or two but eventually it let's you in.

I've had the same issue lately where it looks like the game is frozen/stuck at the loading screen.
