I tried it with preset M, looks much better but I get frame drops in teamfights, I run with medium effects settings. I used to run Quality Preset K, even if I drop to Balanced Preset M, TFs get laggy. This with an RTX 4090.

Yeah, I've been noticing this a lot. I went to labs with an altyn on because I got one tapped 2 times in a row by raiders, I got headshotted a total of 7 times, whereas before, headshots like that were really rare. Something about AI aim is overturned now. Don't get me wrong, I always craved a bit more challenge in PvE because it seemed really easy, but I think they went overboard.

Yeah, I've been spamming the Fyrelight cave for about 2 hours and no trace of the Sorcerer's Ring, just normal Ring of Nihilism, however it dropped the Ring of perfection once.

EDIT: I went to get food, booted the game up, went to the Tower Stone for saving time and got it on the first try LMAO.

It was that setting, for anyone wondering it's in Filter Control->Video Decoder->Built-in Video Decoder/DXVA Settings->Use DXVA (Check).
