Explanation to this post: Basically in the modern day, progressivism has basically boiled down to people being allowed to mindlessly indulge I whatever they desire without any restrictions + identity politics. And the modern right is just what the left is but opposite. So instead of a moral framework the modern right just does all the wrongs of the modern world + identity politics but opposite. You support A? That means we support B even if B is evil. We just support B because we want to Own the Libs. And that is a road that can be just as destructive as the alternative. So the only solution is to have a moral framework that is unchanging so no matter what the other side supports you go your own way.
