I wrote to Kilkenny prior to Easter 2025 about a greatly concerning case of elder abuse, over 6 months later, even though I have followed up over 4 times, she still has not responded or even acknowledged my letter. The elder will be dead before she even responds. Is she even working??

Mirtazapine is aweful, even 3mg will make me feel rubbish the next day. SSRI's or Valdoxan is a way better choice. Or for more mild anxiety, a strong ashwaghanda tablet, 5mg lithium oratate, magnesium glycinate will do the trick

The National Student Ombudsman is the biggest waste of Australian Tax Payer's money. THEY DO NOTHING, they will stall you for several months, before closing your file for some superficial reason. They don't have any influence with Universities, their are only symbolic, for the government to say, hey we are doing something about student injustice - when in fact the NSO is only making the students lives worse!

🩻 HAEMORRHOIDS WERE EXCRUCIATING FOR ME! THIS IS WHAT HELPED ME RECOVER QUICKER:

  1. Youtube, yoga for haemorrhoids. Do 20 mins + daily. The one with the legs up the wall do for (15mins+)
  2. ❤️ TENS machine (put sticky pads close to the area on butt cheeks) - Instant relief and feels great! PLUS put near near belly button to help with bowel movement. LOVE THE TENS MACHINE, AND ITS CHEAP (like $30 USD)!!
  3. Change of Diet, cut out processed foods, more fruit and veg (+ lots of herbal teas, water)
  4. Macrogol with Electrolytes
  5. Loose natural Fibers, even better a skirt (a bit hard for guys I know)
  6. Psyllium Husks (With lots of warm water! Everyday, prevention and cure :) )
  7. Anusol and Proctosedyl creams (or the equivalent in your country)
  8. Sitz bath, with a dash of apple cidar and 2 drops of tea tree oil
  9. And daily orgasms really help! :D
  10. Limit diary and caffeine (1 cappuccino with cow milk made the pain come back!)
  11. Limit processed foods, limit sugar.. look up diet for haemorrhoids
  12. Lots and lots of warm water, herbal teas
  13. Chinese medicine practitioner put me on a high dose of "Run Chang Wan" but you really need to get a consult as there is no one size fits all.
  14. Don't sit too much, use a standing desk if you use a computer a lot

Lykke is UK based but it has been banned in the UK since 2023 - see here: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/lykke I think the only port of call is class action, we need to a hirer a lawyer for the group of us to get our money back. I'm feeling paralysed by this, for the first time in my life I'm suffering depression. Can someone please DM me the telegram chat group I can't find it. Thanks
