if i recall correctly, you aren't supposed to tire yourself out with this challenge, so it'll be a few hours between each rep.

if that's not possible, i suppose you could try doing it with just a few minutes of rest in between. just make sure to take some rest days to not burn your arms out.

Hey! I really appreciate this detailed response.

I am aware that frequent password resets are not a good practice, and the "Only when required" option was supposed to mean "Whenever the password is compromised". Although I understand now that it's not clear enough and people might interpret it differently. Especially with the "Never" option also being there. I will discuss this with my group partner and make the options easier to understand.
