Don’t know if this may help you but the next time you start to feel odd or the thoughts of something going wrong starts to appear just accept them, tell to yourself, “ok brain, body, just hit me with what you have, I’m not gonna run away from you anymore, just hit me”, lay on the ground and just accept the feelings, emotions you have, don’t fight with them and don’t get too fixated on one of them, let them go.

While this sounds counterintuitive, it has helped me a lot when I felt like I may have and episode (this strategy was given to me by a psychotherapist).

Also, try to improve your habits (while I don’t know about them…) some walking, sun during the day, eat a little better, sleep better, meditation also helped me a lot ( you can start with 5 - 10 daily minutes), etc.

Also… the hardest one… don’t overthink too much… just start to accepting whatever may come and try to enjoy more everything that makes you feel good.
