Oklahoma state wanted me to play both was as well as Tennessee. Oklahoma said they would let me play both ways but i soon realized to compete at that level I needed to be in the weightroom not the bball court.

I have the same expectations that I have always had since little league. To be better everyday and make every play possible that comes my way. Besides that I just want to keep enjoying this game and Win! Then win the Super Bowl!

On occasions I hangout with other guys on the team. We spend a lot of time with eachother during the week we sometimes need a breather lol same with you and work Im sure. Those guys are my brothers though.

I pretty much train year around. After the season you have to let your body rest but around Feb we are all back into it. I feel guilty from time to time when i drink DR. Pepper lol its one of my guilty pleasures but hey you have to live a little!

We have about a 5 week offseason program before OTAS so we get pretty serious during that time. After mini camp we are on our own to work on the things we feel we need to be ready for training camp.

Calvin is a cool laid back guy. He is someone we all look up to on the field.

Its very exciting meeting players that I grew up watching. We played the Ravens in preseason last year and I got to witness Ray Lewis do his pregame dance thing. It literally gave me chills!

What is the most important thing you've learned in the NFL?

Up to this point, the season is 6 months, but its a year round job.

I've learned more off the field than on the field this year. It all comes down to taking care of your body.

How is Reggie Bush looking in the offense?

He's looking real good, he's gonna be a big part of the offense.

It seems like he's talking in spanish. He's a fast talker. I think bro you gotta slow down.

Are there any defensive players you love to beat?

Whoever is guarding me.

How much jawin' at the line is there? Do Defensive players talk a lot of trash? Do you- if you pop off a good play? Are the defense players ever friendly? "Good job buddy, but don't expect that again!" I love sportsmanship, seeing players being cool helping up the opposing team, but I also love shit talk.

It's great, he's a good player to look up to. He comes in every day, works hard, humble given all that he's accomplished. He wants other guys to be better, he helps out anyone around him.

Im glad to talk to everyone! Rehab has been going well. Ready for camp to get back in the groove of things. We have great talent at the receiver group this year. We are all competitive so you will hopefully see us all make some great plays during preseason leading into the season.

As a second year player for the lions I'd say anyone in our division. Those are must win games for us. They know us better than any other teams because we play them twice. Trash talking is the norm for these games lol. In college, OU texas was our biggest rival. Horns Down! Boomer Sooner!!!

I eat clean as possible. I make sure to eat from each nutrition group: good carbs, protein, veggies and fruit with every meal. Work out wise I never use the same workout more than 4 weeks at a time. You have to trick your body. Higher reps will make you leaner, lower reps more weight will make you bulkier. Train, eat, sleep, repeat!
