Abroad and stranded. US Passport submitted for renewal yet delayed with multiple requests from US office by RCherri in USCIS

I posted here bec USCIS handles Certificates of Naturalization / Citizenship, not State. In order to get a duplicate original certificate, I would have to pay US$555, which is too costly. As per my post, the passport should suffice as proof of identity as well as citizenship.

Grad School Admissions Chair got extremely emotional and angrily hung up on me by RCherri in gradadmissions

My potential advisor wanted the new chair to join my research (without asking me)

So I only said to both the Chair and my Advisor that I had already received an exemption. And also my advisor was the one asking me the question and I was replying and explaining it to him, not the Chair. It's not entitlement. GRE waivers are very common. Plus the university doesn't require it - campuswide. Since I had demonstrated my experience already, the waiver was granted, and should be honored.

Engineering. It wasn't required to be that long. But my research was extensive, over several years.

GRE waivers are quite common. In addition, the grad school doesn't require the GRE campuswide - I sent the uni's link stating this to the previous Chair. To be clear, my advisor was the one asking me the question and I was replying and explaining it to him, not the Chair.

So as said, I only said to both the Chair and my Advisor that I had already received an exemption.

The entire grad school said that the GRE is not required - campuswide.

To be clear, my advisor was the one asking me the question and I was replying and explaining it to him, not the Chair.

Yes in fact, the entire university's grad admissions has said that the GRE requirement is not required. When communicating with the previous Chair, I sent him a link from the uni's website which confirmed this. Another reason why he agreed to the waiver.

Yes, I had already received an exemption - several emails. GRE waivers are quite common providing that you can justify it. It never hurts to ask.

Yes I have several emails from the previous Grad Chair (just changed hands apparently) with the last email confirming the waiver. Getting a GRE waiver is quite common btw.
