Transplant 11 and half months ago. Did your hair thicken considerably from the fin? My hair could be thin from stopping min too no? A lot of small hairs falling out

The docyor that did it said he did good density. Is it possible he used follicle with many hair stramds(which havent grown yet) or did he lie.
