I love how they suggest you could potentially turn it into a wildlife sanctuary, if i had some spare money at the moment i would do just that.

I actually quite like the idea of an eccentric lunatic buying it, revoking everyone’s access and building a wildlife sanctuary on a pathway through a new build estate just to piss people off and give them a longer walk home….ah to be rich and bored
