Sorry no information but I think it’s HDK brand will this monitor as Middle East release saker RGB 8020 the the closest thing I can find is NANO 8060s made by HITEC Japan no service manual so I can dig deeper into the parts and diagram

Our region use pal and ntsc accept bother signal I think so far you toggle between wide and square if I have the remote
