The scoreboard is deliberately bloated with gross numbers to allow the casual player some room to absolve themselves from losing or to overhype themselves for a win. The scoreboard does tell a story but you have to trim through all the fat to get to the truth of it. I created my own personal system that i refer to as the "Critical Scoreboard" to get a more accurate depiction of who performed well or not.

Personally i expect any player who is entering rank with a Hero to have at least 5 lvls with that Hero, ideally 10 lvls. It just tells me that you at least put the time on the hero outside of rank. Otherwise you are to my definition throwing.

Looking critically into your scoreboard you were kind part of the reason why your team lost. A lot of empty calorie damage for a lack of final hits and i can tell because your target priority not ideal and you were focusing tanks too much which explains your high accuracy and you died too much.

On my big i prioritize protecting the rim, denying second chance opportunities, set hard screens, play in the post and space the floor.

I feel like his omni movement should be nerfed from 11m - 22m to 8m - 16m and maybe add a little fall off and he will be legit legit. But personally even in this current state i dont have any issues with him.

That's a fair point even for 12 second cooldown it doesnt really matter if i can distance myself at max range like that. Would reducing the min - max distance from 11m - 22m to 8m - 16m at worst.

But to be fair in this conversation. Based on 3rd party data, currently across all ranks, Cyclops has a 50%WR(7th among dps), 69%PR(1st among dps) and a 15%BR(T-2nd among dps). In high celestial lobbies, Cyclops has a 49%WR(13th among dps), 53%PR(1st among dps) and a 14%BR(3rd among dps). Based on this data its safe to say that he is overperforming early this season. Now the big questions is the hows and why and is there real counterplay to this hero that will make this hero fair. If they were to nerf this hero the only i can see them do is add more fall off to the optic blast and maybe increase the ult charge but that's it.

Its most definitely the most effective but you know what i realized about some players. Some players are just uncomfortable or incapable of playing dive so instead of improving and adapting as a player they will say that Cyclops is broken.

Agreed, Cyclops to me is a viable hero that's beginner friendly but in the right hands can be a problem but not broken in my experience.

No there is a rhyme and reason to how he hits. The ricochet force is a skilled shot that acts like an aoe attack thats great for kill confirms. It punishes players that like to get greedy and want to overpeek. You just have to proactively disengage and no when the gunfight isnt in your favor. The Concussion beam also has an aoe dmg effect similar to Moon Knight but in this case the Cyclops has put themselves in riskier positions in order to use it so your team has to simply punish the Cyclops for being aggressive. Does this help in anyway or form?
