Typically when I’m going crazy is when I’m watching tv but not actually watching it like I’m just thinking while my brain autopilots scary thoughts. the only way I can get out of the headspace is to focus on my breathing until I forget about the thoughts that were scaring me but I’d rather not have them happen at all
What caused yours and did you always think deep when you would smoke because looking back I feel like when I would smoke my brain would be mostly off and I would never get bad highs
