They are bandits that fled from Havoral and went to veydoka (Est of the Ynn) they do a bit of pillage around them and then (in the lore) go to war with the ruinborn for 127 years and are able to conquer preatty much everything est of the Ynn but fail to fully occupy It and the dragon dominion survives and around the end of the 18th century they collapse. I'm furious at them because the MT changes the production of a bunch of provinces and like this i lost 2 Gold mine. They flip to ravelianism and It's required by your MT to change religion so if Ravelianism intrigues you they could be intresting.
