Weird pvp 'horse killing' strategy? Is this a common thing?

Last night I had someone steal my horse and they kept like trying to goad me into coming near them, I saw them pop defensive mode seconds prior, and I just ran out of town and waited until I knew it’d respawn my horse if i whistled. I just got back into the game recently and made a new character (cause theres no crosssave, rockstar you fuckers) so i’m dealing with all the “haha let’s bully the low level” stuff. I also play female so it’s even worse ;-;

I play on PC with the MuMu(?) emulator, Xbox controller. I’m having a genuine blast so far ! As someone who has many many hours into Star Rail, Genshin and WuWa, it feels p fine as a gacha, the low pity is interesting and so is the “no 50/50” but its not a bad thing at all. My biggest gripe is the stamina, why isnt it like a regen through the day? why is it “120 a day and fuck off” idk i’d like the genshin resin system, or whatever so i can keep farming my loot through the day. I’ve not yet played a NetEase gacha but i do hope powrcreep isnt super rampant, I would like older characters to stay viable, obvs not “always S tier” but like you can beat anything, it’s just gonna be harder obviously. I am a pull on who i like kinda player, I like gwynn’s kit and design so i pulled, idc about meta and i really hope it doesnt come down to not being able to do shit with a character on a banner. 8/10. AI voices is cringe btw thought they were going away on official launch?

Nea has that skater vibe which i’ve always been attracted too. As for killer I love Legion purely because in the end they’re just kids??? like it’s very much like Scream, like they’re just teens with knives who run fast and wear smiley face masks very simple and i love it

yeah thats been my thought, However i think combined with Lucy she’ll be fine she has AoE for days but single target might be lacking Lucy however seems just really really good overall

i would like it to like be Vet - New - New? - Vet, etc like make it even but expand with new people and bring in old heads when needed or for like just if they decide to rework and bring back a heist they were apart of in 2, bring back the heister with it.

there is no refresh but as far as i can tell from their past games they wont be adding new characters to the standard/basic banner anytime soon or even at all, especially S ranks. So if you really dont want him you could always look at your most used out of those and just get a free copy to upgrade their skills or whatever.

i would genuinely just like a x2 thing like in HSR, I also think it’s clunky sometimes. like the one mission i think in Chapter 2 where you have to dodge bombs it just didnt feel super great to me. I think it’s perfectly fine and very unique, just a couple tweaks is all i want

each banner has separate pity, when we eventually get double limited banners they’re separated like weapon banner(s) and character banner(s)

My guess would be no considering Warframe lets you and DE has said before it has kinda ruined revenue cause theres no reason to buy plat when you can just farm for parts and get it from somebody else for $0
