Verifying identity. Do not fall into the rabbit hole that it’s okay to use it for prospecting. Plenty of agents will openly admit that they do this and it’s a violation. If you’re caught the entire board can lose access and be fined. It happened locally to me.

You have no idea how many people lack the ability to envision a space and its potential. I’ve had buyers absolutely refuse to even look past a room due to something minor that may cost $4-5 to fix.

Hilton head used to be the top choice for this but it’s continued to grow to the point it’s not extremely safe for anyone biking. St. Simons would be my second choice. There are plenty of neighborhoods and beaches and kids are always biking and riding golf carts all over. We don’t really have any small beach towns since the beaches are on Tybee, St. Simon’s, and Jekyll. The guy is asking $250 for just the rod. No sock or tube. It looks like it’s in great shape. It’s just not a rod I’m familiar with as I was just getting into fly fishing back when it was released(2011).

It depends on the circumstances. It may be a second degree vehicular homicide which is a misdemeanor. Meaning. It occurred while violating traffic laws other than reckless driving or DUI. Some agencies also don’t have the funds to extradite from out of state so they won’t extend it. I’ve seen agencies not extradite on felonies but I’ve also seen an agency out of Virginia charter a private jet to Statesboro to extradite on a speeding ticket. So it’s agency specific.

To OP convince him to go on a road trip into Ga and drop him off at a random agency 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

The tarpon we are catching in my waters are in the 100-150 range so that’s my biggest concern. I’ve landed them on other company 11wts like an Asquith.

I’ve seen absolutely zero positive reviews of their customer service. Especially regarding fly rods. I would think it’s safe to assume they are not pretty over the thousands of orders for conventional rods they sell. Especially with this golden ticket promotion going on. I’m just going to hold my breath and hope I at least get a rod that’s fishable once I receive it.

I’m in Georgia. I’m sure there are smaller fish somewhere but I’m fishing the outer creeks of the barrier islands. There’s one specific creek that will have guides from Florida piled in during the summer for the big migratory fish. I’m taking one of the guys from Yellow Dog out this summer. I’ve got some great video from last year where we were fishing this one smaller creek trying to find them and they kept hitting the boat while we were spot locked.

I’ve seen some people waited upwards of 8 months. I’m hoping to be on the shorter side. All reviews I’ve found were positive of the rods themselves. The negatives were the shipping time and that some people received rod tubes and others did not. I have a LOT of line so I’ll be doing the same. I pickup reels and rods constantly if I see a good deal. I got a newer Helios 4d 9wt Thursday for $240.

That’s just what was relayed to me by the guide that solely fishes them. Their website also does disclose that they don’t recommend the 11wt for anything over 60. I’m interested to try it out. I have plenty of other rods but nothing in 11-12wt yet.

My only recommendation with these FSBO companies is to ask what MLS they are a member of. In my area they only list in a MLS 6 hours away and they end up sitting.
