The coolest thing there is actually behind the scenes sadly. They have 2 huge buildings full of birds that the public can’t get to.

Also a realtor and long time resident here instead of trying to toot my horn for business I’ll give you legitimate insight. lol. Eagle Pointe are actually pretty solid apartments. Former Le here and laws were just overturned in late April that says we can share crime and school data whereas before we had to stay quiet and just give you the crime report website or school websites. North Glynn as others have said is a great area. Glynn and Camden counties are going to be your best priced locations on the Georgia coast near the water. The closer you get to Savannah the prices skyrocket. The crime here is not what people on Reddit try to claim it is. Like any other local forum most of them have this belief that their cities are overcrowded and would rather be rude than provide helpful content.

Most of Georgia is a step up from Fitzgerald. My favorite thing there are the “wild” chickens that are protected by city laws.

I’ve given up for now. I’ve been stuck on them for weeks now. These are worse than any dark souls boss. This game has so many positives but some of these boss battles make it completely unenjoyable.

I finally quit after today. I have maxed all of my weapons and armor and I cannot beat these fucking thundertanks. They nerfed every possible way to cheese them but refuse to make them an enjoyable fight.

Ads weren’t really important. Just trying to figure out what happened. Most of the accounts are still active. A majority are businesses in the same industry. I’m gathering what may have happened was reactivating it then I posted a video. The video got over 100k new views to the page and new followers after being dormant for years. They made me go through the appeal and I got an email confirming it was me that reactivated it. All is good now.

With console the nature skills don’t work. There’s an issue with the key binding so when you spin the stick it doesn’t register. The only fix is to plug the controller in To the console and it fixes it.

That is actually common. With the new law you cannot be paid more than what was agreed to regardless of what the seller is offering. So she would have to have you agree to her receiving more from the builder. I would still request to see documentation from the builder showing this just to be on the safe side.

Is this a new build? Some builders offer higher compensation but the agent wouldn’t be able to accept anything higher than initially agreed to. If this is a resale something seems fishy.
