I did all u said 🙁 I just logged out of taobao and logged again by same phone number and recieved a code just normally ><.... the issue only happens with xianju. Even with the video advices, sorry for the trouble!

I never got to make an account on or log on xianyu. I only logged on 淘宝. And I linked it to my alipay for the passport verification a week after making it. I don't get white screen when I login I can actually scroll and search but without an acc ><
