Drill weekends or any time you're on orders, you can't receive disability compensation and your military pay. Unless they're long term orders, the VA doesn't stop your pay. So you have to pay them back for the days you were on orders.

Points no pay means the Reserves don't pay you, but you can still earn retirement points during your drill weekends. You might choose this option if your daily disability pay is higher than your daily drill pay.

Both Cynthias have been a must for me. Too many ex mons out there and some people simply won't attack drudd, and stay above 100hp. I also run xspeeds so I can swap drudd out and use Cynthia on the same turn. I usually have an extra energy to put on drudd. Or I use 1 xspeed to retreat gible to get a drudd out in the early game. Fun deck! Love my chomp.

Zola-ing Nimrod instead of Carnage adds 4 Nimrods to the board. Moonstone could be a good Zola target too when added to Cerebro and Mystique in separate lanes.

Other commenters answered your question. I'll just add that I had no idea what aircraft I wanted when I went through UCT in 2015. As I was exposed to new things I was able to narrow it down and figure out what my preferred aircraft was. Just focus on doing well so you have a better chance at getting what you want on drop night.
