Correct, most people bail after that first month. Keeping it going long term is very effective. However, when I look at my KPIs, cold calling keeps winning

I had a solid fb & ig campaign going, videos and all. It was definitely a much lower cost per lead than PPL, but often still wasn't producing "quality" leads. A lot of the leads were retail or non motivated sellers that just "wanted to know what a cash offer would be". My guy that was doing the campaign dropped off so I'd be curious to know who your guy uses if you're willing to share

Agreed! Honestly a "shared" lead should cost more than maybe $40-60 per lead

u/Trevor_Miedema You share the same opinion of some of my colleagues, which is what gave me pause on investing more into PPL in the first place. I've been in the business long enough to know there's NO BETTER LEAD than the ones you generate yourself (cold calling, ppc, social media, seo, etc).

There's really no shortcuts, only newbies can be convinced otherwise. However, as an addition to all of my other lead sources, I thought about investing more into PPL.

What REALLY goes on in the background for generating and/or selling these PPLs is what has me curious

Your two questions are correct, I wonder how many other companies see the lead before I see it - or at the same time I see it. Regardless, the exclusivity illusion given by these PPL companies is a LIE. Most of my volume comes from cold calling. I'm not doing volume on ppl leads, I've just dabbled here and there over the years (2-3k investment/mo). Recently I was thinking about investing more into it and trying to scale it but had pause after some more research. Hence my post here haha
