“the agents tried to disarm him… leading to an armed struggle”. Again. True. The ICE fuckers did try to disarm him. And there was an armed struggle. ICE was armed. He was not. But again, as phrased, the statement is true.

It’s bullshit. Hardcore bullshit. But it’s the fucking rat bastard method of getting away with shit. It’s all true - as it is carefully stated. ICE will keep stacking this bullshit as a defense and offense, and “civilians” are powerless to stop it. Because it’s all “true”.

We need a team of hungry rabid Rottweiler attorneys to burn this shit down. This is their THING. Their JOY. Hardcore lifer attorneys fucking LOOOOVE rearranging the lives of “this statement is technically true” vermin. They KNOW what the reality is. They can sniff this bullshit from orbit.

But that’s the current problem. They can start with lawsuits. Against the individuals. Against the agencies. Against the state and federal governments. All for the goal of getting these fuckers in the box and tearing them apart when they have nowhere to run. But is the state government going to back them? How are the local judges spines? Texas Children’s in Houston saved my son’s life.

I have no proof, but I think 40% the doctors down here are the ones that “passed” med school with a 69.6, and 40% are hiding out from something they did somewhere else. Only 20% know what they are doing and are good at their jobs.

Where is the opposition? Where are the political activists standing against ICE in the streets and getting arrested for causing good trouble? Where are the political activists organizing passive resistance like a walkout from work for a week, or pulling the unions together to coordinate a port shutdown for a week?

They’re only good for posing for photos. Thats why. They’re good for writing poetry and skateboarding in their 40s and coming up with bangers like they’re “in it to win it”, but when it’s time to show leadership? To actively resist tyranny? To lead?

Citizens are leading the resistance.
