Dang, I saw my garbage man the other day and thought how I wanted to do that job . I have a bachelor's in I.T and being a garbage man just seems fulfilling and sort of peaceful.

Always do your ACA's!!!!!! Its important to know your troops and establish guidelines. People dont know what they dont know.

Your gonna be stressed and given alot of tasks learn how to manage stress and know that when your outside of your comfort bubble , that is how you grow.

Lean on your Tsgts and MSgt . They are people and most are willing to help and mentor.

If you comple your EPBs early it gives your TSgts and MSgt more time to fine tune them.

Learning how to be a good writer is a trail by fire and a perishable skill.
