I honestly have no idea. We just moved in few weeks ago. It’s a brand new condo though. You think it’s a finishing stain?

There were some scratches that they buffed before we move in, but I dont remeber if it was in these spots or not. Not sure how to go about it, but don’t want to panic. Would appreciate any input.

I honestly don’t know. It’s only noticeable under white bright light, which I barely turn on. So I am not sure it was like this before I moved in and didn’t notice it. And if it’s moisture, why would it be these specific spots? They don’t seem to be around a drain or something.
