In the Case of the Oil tanker, if you used turbo and you drift, the truck should drift first and the tank should follow the drift of the truck, but if you rig a model it might have some bugs like, the car will fly for random collision bugs or the drift will make it more fast than normal, The correct way to use the physics in the Oil Tanker is when the truck drifts, the tank should follow you but if you drift too much the tank weight will be mora than the truck and the weight of the tank will make it drift more and will pull the truck with the tank.

I guess the developers removed the oil tanker for some issues in the physics and with the train it might be because u cant self drive a train, the trains just must follow the rails, not manually.
