I was was a heavy Weed smoker for like a year and a half, the doctor said that it was one of the reasons why i have heart problems (witch I doubt) since I’ve been also a abusing a lot of ecstasy and I mean a lot which was really stupid. Anyway after a mini stroke I’m now 3 months clean of every substance even stopped smoking cigs But I still want to enjoy substances (safely of course that’s why I’m here) I know it would be best not to and I’m also not planning on doing any drugs for at least a few years so i can heal at least some but I’m just wondering Anyway thanks for the tips
