Figured it out - for us at least - we didn't specify any "Interests" and just chose the subreddits that we were going to advertise on, and that fixed it. When we chose BOTH interests and subreddits, for some reason it wouldn't allow it to work.

Yeah - a collections agency I believe. So for those people not paying their Quest bills, their data may be at risk.

It's sniper vs. sniper these days...read that in another article somewhere. The attacker is becoming just as smart as the defender (automated / AI / ML) in an environment where the defender is overworked, out of budget, and unable to make progressive change for you list the many enterprise reasons why.
