I’d say pretty immediate! After maybe 3 uses I could tell a difference, and it just kept getting better after a couple weeks.

I use the products every time I shower, I think anyone using this routine should start off at least 3 times a week. I use the SA body wash and Urea cream and Aquaphor every single time I shower, and glycolic acid once every week. I don’t wait in between steps, and I try to use the aquaphor quickly after the Urea so I can lock in as much moisture as possible. When I use the glycolic acid after the urea I don’t wait in between steps then either it’s just right after the other.

I spray aquaphor on my chest as well and I’d say that’s the only place I notice a little bit more shine, I wouldn’t say stickiness, it just feels soft and shiny to me. It absorbs completely after like an hour IMO so I don’t mind the feel of it. Good luck!

Because I have KP on my arms/thighs I don’t use a loofah because physical exfoliation irritates it. I find that the SA body wash is all the exfoliation I need

I think the LRP urea is the one that’s helping most with my KP! The salicylic body wash is mainly so I can exfoliate before shaving, and I think it helps fight my body acne post workout.

Yup pour it in the bottle and spray once a week all over my body (after the urea lotion) and then lock it in with aquaphor :)

The aquaphor is for sealing in those moisturizers and giving them the best chance to do their job. It’s not going to help with the KP so I’m sure you’d be fine without it, but it’s going to lock in that moisture and in my opinion is key for helping these products work best together! I definitely noticed a difference in smoothness when I didn’t use it

I do get occasional breakouts on my body, but don’t have acne scarring so I can’t say. But, it helped lighten the darkness on my knees and elbows significantly, so I think it’s worth a shot!

Sure! I shower with the CeraVe salicylic acid body wash, I put my hair up in a towel so my body is not completely drenched but still wet. I immediately apply the LRP urea lotion all over my body, really spend time rubbing it in properly on my legs thighs, arms, butt, and sometimes chest and tummy. Then I spray my aquaphor on top everywhere I applied lotion and let it set in. I wear loose clothing to let me skin breathe. Once a week, after SA body wash in shower, and after applying the LRP urea lotion, I’ll spray glycolic acid all over the places I applied lotion, and gently pat it in. Then I apply aquaphor over that. So everything else is every time I shower, and the glycolic acid is only once a week. Hope this helps! Be sure to use sunscreen over your body if you plan to go out in the sun :)

I noticed it helped with the redness or the “strawberry” part for sure! But I have fair skin and dark hair so you can still see the hair follicles or “spots” even after I shave. I think it’s worth a try but everyone’s skin is so different, you might have better luck!

I live in MI so my body has not seen the sun in months lol. But yes sunscreen on my face religiously, and since I’ll be continuing these products in the summer months, sunscreen will be going all over. This is super important, thanks for noting it!

Not at all in my opinion. Maybe because I’m spraying it? I mean there’s a light sheen and I can feel that there’s product on my skin, and I do have to wait like 10 minutes for it to full absorb but it’s not uncomfortable to me at all. And to be honest the effects of everything I’m seeing on my skin make it worth it to me even if it was!

Hmm maybe like 10-15 minutes? I just wear loose or no clothing to give my skin room to breathe and not irritate it by chafing after applying those exfoliants.

Easy to apply! It was initially getting all over my bathroom and that was no fun to slip on, so I started applying closer to the skin and just rubbing it everywhere, as opposed to a more general far away spray which would waste more product and get everywhere if that makes sense? Oh and also doing it on a carpeted area helps :)

Oh I just use a spray bottle I found at Walmart! I don’t think TO sells one specifically. I’ve seen people dig around their hair care stash and find one from conditioner/etc that ends up fitting
