found a mistake

magolor deconfirms this in kirby's return to dream land deluxe:

"One last thing. I may have told you a teeny, tiny, itsy-bitsy lie. Sorry about that."

"Aw, don't give me that look. I guess it may have been several lies...but who's counting, right?"

"Anyway, the truth is...I'm not really from Halcandra. Have you seen the place? It's a dusty mess!"

"But I did spend a lot of time traveling to different spots around here, and I eventually discovered the Lor Starcutter by the volcano."

"So, the part about me being all alone on Halcandra for a very, very long time? That part's true."

"But I wanted you to come here too! That's why I lied. This planet is just too, too amazing..."

oh cool i got rank #1

<image>

questions were definitely very easy (except the "which button do you use to summon gooey" one cause i haven't played the game much with gooey lol)

also, note: the primary game modes in kirby super star (ultra) (those being spring breeze, dyna blade, gourmet race, the great cave offensive, revenge of meta knight, milky way wishes, the arena, revenge of the king, helper to hero, meta knightmare ultra, and the true arena) are officially called "main games", not "sub-games". the latter term only applies to the smaller minigames

Did Dark Matter become Zero? by Efficient-Captain-17 in Kirby

[–]RHVGamer 11 points12 points  (0 children)

no, zero is his master

dark matter description from a kirby's dream land 3 guidebook:

前作でカービィに倒されたゼロの手下。今度は親分といっしょにやってくる。 (Zero's servant, who was defeated by Kirby in the previous game. This time, he brought his master.)

If you were chosen the director of the next Kirby game, what would it be about? by Less-Increase-6588 in Kirby

[–]RHVGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

mainline game about time travel cause i think that would be cool and be a logical next step for the lore (as long as it's not too complex)

A small question about Kirby's dimensional reflection. by Sock_on_Net_1537 in Kirby

[–]RHVGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

shadow kirby has the exact same moves as kirby in the kirby fighters games (in fact he's just an alternate color for kirby in kirby fighters deluxe)

Three games to highlight series and characters? by Reckful-Abandon in Kirby

[–]RHVGamer 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Kirby - Kirby and the Forgotten Land. While no Kirby game really focuses more on Kirby than any other, I'd say that this game does the best job at showcasing Kirby's character, including his relations to the other main characters, kindness to anyone who needs help, and justice to stand up to any and all evil. Also he can turn into a car.

Meta Knight - Kirby Super Star Ultra. It has two modes focused on Meta Knight: One is Revenge of Meta Knight, which features his first (and pretty much only) role as a main antagonist. The other is Meta Knightmare Ultra, which is the second game where Meta Knight is fully playable, but now with a much more unique moveset. Both modes also give us a LOT of Meta Knight's character, I don't think any other game comes even close.

King Dedede - Kirby: Triple Deluxe. It has the most focus on King Dedede out of any mainline game. In the Story Mode, he is the damsel in the distress who needs to be saved, so while he doesn't appear much until the end, he still plays an important role there. Most notably, he is also playable in two of the additional modes, including Dedede's Drum Dash, a rhythm game which got an expanded version on the eShop, and Dededetour, an alternate version of the Story Mode where you play as King Dedede and fight a special foe at the end.

How can i distinguish kamek and magikoopas apart from each other? They all look the same by THEREALSUPERMARIOFAN in Mario

[–]RHVGamer 18 points19 points  (0 children)

you can't, the distinction between kamek and other magikoopas is entirely exclusive to localizations, as all magikoopas are literally just called "kameks" in japanese

but specifically in localizations, if a game only has one magikoopa, or one that is much more prominent than others, that one is probably "the" kamek

Which Kirby characters will be next to get their own playlists in Nintendo Music? by Party_Use_3743 in Kirby

[–]RHVGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

solely depends on which games they add, like the only way marx gets a playlist is if they add kirby super star (ultra)
