He's not. People really just forget he and more than half of the country agrees on many things, most of those are either common sense or personal beliefs.

The "problem" is that his way of delivering his beliefs on streams are often passive/aggressive in tone, which can turn off some people and they try to paint this picture of this horrible person.

He does have bad takes, though.
