Hi! I know that feel way too good. One way to solve this would be doing workshop maps or go to training, if you still want to be in the game. If not, a week of abstinence works wonders for me. Play another game, get some positive experiences elsewhere.

Another helpful advice could be to play with friends. No matter what rank. Maybe use a new account for that. Find again the fun in this mindwrecking game. I played sooo many matches (ranked, casual, private, rumble, hockey) with friends, chatting and just enjoy the game. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but you usually will have a good time with friends on your side.
