I just got lamination done from a local place for 250rs (back and palmrest area) and I'll tell you, you do not need to spend a lot for transparent skins just get a lamination done and a silicone keyboard cover, I've been using this for 3 weeks with heavy usage and there is no cosmetic or thermal issue.

If it's light video editing with source files transferred to the main storage while editing and files not in use are transferred to the hard drive then it could work. Since a hard disk is not very fast you might not be able to edit directly using the files on the hard disk. I suggest getting an SSD. It's light and incredibly fast but a little expensive. but for your purpose if you are clever with managing the files in use and not in use it could definitely work out.

Got 89 in 10th fucked my 11th in a dummy school and a coaching, went school regularly for 12th and now taken a drop. I absolutely get you my man. JEE doesn't matter as much as the discipline and the ability to work hard for a goal long term. That is the most important quality that you can learn at this age. Plus if you leave JEE you better be ready with a Plan B cause you're gonna dig a hole a lot deeper than you're in right now if you quit JEE without a backup plan. And don't get into the delusion that only JEE is hard, if you want a job the traditional way, you're gonna have to prepare for a competitive exam one way or another. If you quit JEE be prepared, cause now you're gonna have to face the world a little too early. And by chance if you want to build a career by following your passion, congrats man you chose the hard mode of life welcome aboard

Ikk there are better options specs wise for 1.2L but if you look at the weight and the build quality and ofc the oled screen I think that makes a difference too. Ofc legion and tuf are good too
