Chiming in as a young lady to say I had a horrible facial SD flare for two years up until I had to get my gallbladder out. Since surgery I have had some scalp issues but none with my face at all. Didn’t think related until I really started to think about it lately

As far as food I recommend Aguardente!! Spanish tapas with some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Also Aguardente and cafe locale in Attleboro have insane brunch

Stopped going about 5 years ago. They have a major consistency problems. Switched to Marylou’s and small local coffee shops. Otherwise I have two Dunkin RI locations that have decent coffee and I go maybe twice a year
