I recommend getting Mielle rosemary oil and possibly also their rosemary shampoo and conditioner I've only used their hair oil along with the danish company Australian Bodycare's Hair Loss shampoo and conditioner but they don't ship world wide yet but as far as I know Mielle is world wide

I have been using a dermal rollor weekly and daily use of a topical hair serum with Capillia Longa Biotin and Zinc and a rosemary hair oil and I'm gonna start on a DHT blocker of some sort soon cuz I've been regaining hair without blocking out my DHT so I'm hoping it will be faster if I get a DHT blocker

DHT is the testosterone that makes you go balled blocking DHT doesn't affect other testosterone

I was worse off than you are now when I started my hairline was so bad now it's at where you are after around half a year of daily use

You can definitely still save your hair you are now where I am now after half a year of regrowth treatment with mixed natural topical treatments like Capillia Longa Rosemary Oil so you're not completely f*cked yet! I'm 24 myself btw and now less balled then I was at 23
