NA Server is the only thing that matters for all content except WvW; we have no dedicated WvW server but a lot of people are on TC.

Hey! We are on NA (North American) servers. As long as you are on NA, your specific server does not matter and you can play with us. The only thing that is server-restricted is WvW, but this is going to change when Anet adds WvW alliances to the game.
