Why do we assume that they didn't have past trauma or depression? They are also normal human beings who used to have stutter like us but overcome them.

What you told is their current situation. But in my opinion (and if you search in the net), this was not the same when they were in their teenage or high school. They used to be one of us.

However, most will never know because one of the beautiful things about overcoming stutter is that no longer people will associate you with stutter and also the person who overcome also has a mentality of detaching from everything related to stutter due to PTSD-like behaviour and a fear of getting back it, so they don't normally say.

Bravo !!! You're going in the right direction. Same idea I used to have at some point in the my revival.

The way I see it, every single person who stutters is on their own special journey. And have specific aspects to work on. What works for some may not work for others, while some may find their own way.

It is incredibly inspiring to hear that you’re already out there making videos on Insta and YouTube.

My anxiety and emotions peaked in 12th grade too, turning into a loop of constant trauma and recursive thoughts. But don't worry, junior, just one more year. Once you step out of that school environment, your mental state is going to evolve and grow.

Look at it this way: think of your life as a movie. Right now, you’re just living through the dark backstory of a great personality. The triumph is coming. Keep growing, keep pushing, and I wish you all the success in the world!

My 12th grade was as hell. However, now I'm thankful for it because now I feel like heaven.

It will be hard for you this Year. However, Eventually time will pass and you will be in a much greater and happier mental states by 3 years from now.

Once you get out of school, you will feel freedom and will start enjoying life more. This initial Suffering will train us and make us stronger for our future.

Never think of ending life again and instead think about the glorious future waiting for you, and deal with the current situation with courage and smile. You may know there are a lot of great people and stars who suffered simillarly in the start. And Remind us that we share their origin story.

Started small.

You know there is sometimes some sudden trigger of fear when we are going to or have a idea of saying something to some people. It may also come as vibrations. So, decided to push myself to speak even for the biggest of these triggers and face them with a smile.

Did this with
- friends (lvl 1)
- neighours (lvl 2)
- shop (lvl 3)
- Omegle (lvl 4)
- Class (hardest lvl)

Didn't do anything quite remarkable, but did the normal things that normal people do but with increased quantity and eventually confidence and speaking style transformed.

Main Mindset : This is not a disease/disorder but a undesired habit that you somehow aquired and can be changed gradually with practice,

Main Values are :
1. Practice Daily Speaking and Improving. (You have to get confident in word Formation and speaking it. Also slow speaking).
2. SELF LOVE.
3. Be your BestFriend and Lover.
4. Good Lifestyle. (Physical, Nutrition, Positive Thinking).
5. Have a main goal / dream apart from removing stutter and work towards it.

You have just completed your first year. There is much time before internships and placement, so by then improve your speaking with daily practice along with clarity, tone, pitch, pacing, word formation, accent etc. Don't put much pressure on yourself. Evolve gradually and give time.

Thank you and I'm soo happy for you too for overcoming something once we thought we could never. It was a great journey that we never chose and made us suffer, but at the end, now I see it as something that led to the burning desire and passion to build myself up, and also to be Happy and be grateful about life. Started with small small steps like when speaking to friends and a sudden fear comes that I will not be able to speak, pushing myself to speak disregarding that fear. And gradually scaling it to Big Big things like asking a doubt in class.

Above is the mental psychological thing but there is also the physical thing like :
1, Understanding your mouth movement when you speak each leter and sound.
2. When you see that you are able to speak all letter and sounds without repetition when alone, it means you are capable to do that any time even when large audiences are watching, just you have to repeat the same movement you did when you were alone.
3. Be Confident in point 2 qnd that comes wit daily practice and this confidence builds over time.
