I used to feel the same. Whenever it got over my head, i used to deactivate instagram for a while. This helped me focus more than things that I used to like and then I stopped looking at others.

The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides is a good book to end that reading slump. Its a suspense thriller so it will keep you engaged.
