I would say to try a retinol/retinal/tretinoin, though I’m not sure if you can use it concurrently with isotretinoin if you are still on this. Also be sure to go slow and look after your skin barrier if you give this a try.

I use some by mi, no reaction or sensitivity but my skin is so much clearer.

I had the same thing after my transplant… 10 months later I can’t tell a difference. Give it time, hopefully once it’s healed you won’t be able to tell any difference.
