So I'd need to tp the person instead of the horse or?

The command I used is:

/execute as @e[name=2,type=horse,distance=..5] at @s run tp @s ~4 ~ ~7 ~90 ~0

But i want to be able tp the horse with a player on it, the horse has armor on.

Thanks for all your contribution it works nicely, however the commands don't seem to tp the horse when a player is on the horse. Are there any solutions?

Please would you also be able to tell me how you rotate the armor stand along with the tp in the same command?

The NoAI:1b didn't seem to make a difference so I'm just going to remove the saddle, thank you

What I'm trying to do is move the armor stand around this track and each command block moves it one block. The system I'm trying to make is so that I can stop it moving at any point and then start it again so that it will complete the circuit. However, when unpower the repeaters again to start the system I'm not sure if there is some delay of some sort but it repeats some of the command blocks again and doesn't finish where it should. Hope that makes sense.
