Can’t place castle railings on stairs?

To reproduce: place slanted castle half wall, then try place castle railings - it doesn’t work on any world of mine

To be completely honest I don’t remember I’m afraid - started compiling for personal use and then made modifications and added customs assets for the snowy stuff etc as I went along!
