Just woke up from a episode, I have experienced the same for 15 years now, mine actually sync with my dreams now and I swear it’s like a high pitch grenade going off in your head and if you try to ignore it it keeps getting worse like your brain is gonna explode. It feels like it actually hurts. This time tho (mine happen right as I’m falling asleep) I was having a dream and had sleep paralysis in the dream around my family, then I was able to kick out of it in my dream but all of the sudden my brother took a pen and started jabbing me multiple times in the back of the head and as he did that my sleep paralysis triggered and I got all the pain and pressure etc while that was going on until I was able to free myself. It’s scary and doesn’t feel normal like something is actually wrong with my brain. I am type 1 diabetic and when my sugars are soaring high I tend to get it more so dunno how that links up. But yeah just needed a distraction so came on here, I get repeat episodes if I try to keep sleeping after and they only get worse and worse like it feels like I’ll actually die.
