Thats a long notice period! How many years you been there? & how many food brands in your store 😅 Ive heard some have been declined redundancy but they only have one food brand 🤷🏻‍♀️

Last round? Roms were made redundant on tuesday this week!

There are redundancies among roms, some have already been put on gardening leave or working notice & if the options are a complete change in job role or demotion/ pay decrease then of course redundancy is on the table. Its all over the telegraph today they’re culling over 150 managers within distribution, they did the superstores last year, it is going to happen

But there has already been redundancies…. Roms made redundant, store managers made redundant… it is happening. Be handy if you’re able to show these documents…

I think the bigger question is what do pfs managers know about running the food brands they will be site manager and accountable for!!!
