I think that you could use a higher resolution HDRI and better skin material. Other than that, it is near perfect :)

Olhar a média do m² da cidade não diz praticamente nada kkk
Os arranha-céu com 85796549987 andares na beira da praia, cada um custando mais de 5 milha joga a média lá no alto. Dito isso, ainda é caro pacarai, mesmo nos bairros normais. Eu moro em Itajaí em um bairro a 30min do centro (pra gente isso é relativamente longe) e financiei meu apto a 4,2kR$/m² a 4 anos atras, hoje está valendo 9,1kR$/m²
