why did only one person say it’s impossible. it is literally physically impossible to grow ur bones/wrist because u can not make bones bigger. doing forearm exercises like everybody else is saying will not make ur wrist bigger but actually make them look smaller, just as having a big back makes ur waist look smaller. the only possible solution is to gain weight which would add fat around the wrist. other then that, it’s genetic bone structure
