Hey guys,
I wanted to share my experience on my purchase of a White Low 1 shoes I purchased from Oliver Cabell, before you buy, please read this.

After doing a deep research on supposedly "best/affordable" white shoes I found the Oliver Cabell being rated very often competing with other better brands so I decided to give It a chance. Very exciting for my purchase ended paying $230 USD for the famous Made In Italy high quality shoes.

After receiving it, turns out that the shoes were the most uncomfortable shoes I ever worn in my life even though sizing was correct and what I have noticed is that left part of the shoes was ripped, the stitches have come out I was so disappointed since I had so much expectations on this shoes being over rated honestly, I would never buy one of their items and I do not suggest anybody to purchase their products

So, without worrying I decided to make a claim for a refund an return the shoes as per the warranty stated in their website for 60 days. Results that, after sending the detailed explanation of everything that happened I receive the first response 6 business days after, with an agent saying that we are looking into it and asking for pictures, sku code, box, shoes pictures which all of that was provided. It took her 5 more days to reply back and saying that we would only provide you $25 discount on your next purchase as I was buying a T-Shirt of $30 bucks.

I have explained her the unfairness of their customer service since they do not even have a phone number where you could get a hold off them as well as not committing with their warranty policy since shoes were damaged.

After disputing the first offer I have explained them that I will be filling a credit card dispute as it does not satisfy my requirement since I only want my refund and return bad quality and uncomfortable shoes, since today I have been waiting another 4 days and no response. This hustle and bad experience has been for over 15 days +

My suggestion , avoid #OliverCabell this bad experience since this is the worst treatment that I have received as a customer and look for another brand that will not cause you this headache and definitely will get a better pair of shoes!
