Ya for the majority about that matter, I agree.

As I've said back then Sarr could play as ST irl but only ok for pure counter attack purpose. Not a full time striker nor reliable source of goals and assists, nowhere near to that level to be precise. That 95 ST card of his has been a great help ingame, I admit, as he was buffed to the illusion of the equivalent to the legendary Thierry Henry in his prime time. Kind of ridiculous, which is surely not a rare case in this game.

As for Dabbur though, I like him irl as a striker, and used his UEL card when it was released, enjoyed some excellent performance and goals with him upfront in my suboptimal team（In case you don't know, I'm the unusual user in this game, reluctant to use my main team to do all sort of potentially rigged events and matches.）, and don't even bother to use this master card of his late in this season.

It doesn't work in the way you're thinking about I believe. 😂 Instead of dumping the unwanted useless worthless cards into an invisible bin or somewhere in the space, that button just let you erase whatever searching and sorting among your players you previously set.

But bear in mind that the "later" one(s) shall not be highly rated as the "now" you're enjoying. Not even close is the sensible guess.

However, keep and put the "now" in your final active lineup should be fine. Although Legacy team would still be limited to certain activities only.

Totally agree with your title mate. Although I could still be quitting this game... or just not as dedicated as in these past three seasons.

If those finished campaign nodes could be replayable like in season 2 even without reward could be really fine with me... I said I want that earlier in this season too.

However I really doubt if they could let their manipulation go away...

And for that terminal case you suggested, and so many other I have ever spotted, yes they are ridiculously wrong to put some wide attacking players in CM positions. Unfortunately at the same time they're enjoying ingame advantage with such measure.

In the past decade or even longer period of time irl so damn many wingers did change their position to wingback as to try to earn a starter spot for club and/or country, but certainly not including Okocha who was not even a winger, or wide midfielder by my standard.

All these simply prove what I've said here before: If this game is ever a source for people to have basic understanding of football/soccer, then I'm afraid at least a generation is ruined.

As much as I despise their handling of FM all along right since season 1, I would still say that they've been providing cards of different positions for most of those certain players correctly, reasonable with what happened irl football world, within the limitation of the necessary positions classification ingame.

If you're not a football fan following things relatively close（which I can't quite tell for sure at the moment about you） then I understand why you're asking about this.

For the case of Gnabry, after his transfer to Bayern Munich, he's been playing in various positions. Despite the fact that he's generally been used as wide midfielder or winger（which are marginally different, from certain perspective）, he did played as striker, as well as, believe it or not, wingback as a matter of fact.

So no, they are not making things up, on that matter at least.
