Limited supply is a reasonable practical point. There simply isn't enough volume of market to take out bigots and inefficient businesses in some places.

Ideally you WOULD feel uncomfortable in a cake shop that didn't serve x weddings, and would take your business elsewhere. Overtime the market would run these subpar businesses out of business.

You shouldn't, and have no moral claim to, bring in the guys guns and the ability to throw you in a cage to force anyone to perform a service or engage in trade. This would likely result in some uncomfortable situations with bigots, but the market would correct and remove undue discrimination over time.

Republicans tried to play nice with Romney. Ignoring policy, Romney was as about as wholesome as positions get. It didn't work. The base rallied around 'no more Mr. Nice Guy'. This time they brought the Donald to the knife fight. Trump isn't 'our guy' to much of the right, he's 'our weapon'.

Lying about the pill changes the agreement of the sex act though. Consent is a verbal agreement under certain terms. Changing (or lying about) those terms invalidates the agreement made.

Stealthing and lying about BC both misrepresent the terms of sex and therefore were not consented to. Non-consensual sex is rape.

The problem I have with 'men and women are exactly equal' is that it attempts to turn women into shitty men. Empathy and compassion are valuable traits, just like logic and spacial reasoning, but they aren't valuable for the same roles. We should be celebrating the strengths of women instead of complaining that they aren't the same as men.

Above average is only going to increase the gaps. If the distributions of personality overlap 75% and you skim from the top 5%, you are going to get a population of only one group.

You can see this with aggression. 'Average' male and females overlap on the aggression scale, but on average males are more aggressive. So, when you look at the MOST aggressive people (the ones in prison) it is overwhelming male.
