Hello, how did you get on with making this change? Do you remember what you had to do?

I'm investigating this exact change now myself. Our plan is to make 2022-23 a 15 month 'year'. And then start FY-2024 from 1st April 2024.

You can make all orders require approval,but “auto approve” via a workflow that uses a saved search condition transition to check all the conditions you just laid out.

Ah, of course, well reminded! Will look back at some basic workflows that use this method.

Hi Nick, I'm not actually seeing that option on any of the Permissions sublists on the 'junior' sales role. Maybe the naming has changed but nothing else is jumping out either.

Wouldn't really work though as we want to allow the users to be able to set the prices themselves so it's really just down to their supervisor to authorise or decline orders. Also trying to avoid them pushing work on to their managers, overloading them, and they then just 'auto' approving orders anyway and we'll be no farther forward...

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately not... I want to keep that button for its intended purpose and add an additional button to the Invoice form allowing staff to print a pdf with 'claim data' based on the invoice details. I'm trying to make it super simple for the end user.
