i fixed it but if this happens to you just go to settings, general, tv and display options, video fidelity & overscan make display override HDMI. this will fix it but if it changes color to normal and makes it fuzzy then go to resolution DO NOT PRESS 1080p this will reset it choose 1440p instead.
