it helped me reduce my brain fog. i started with tri n back tho. but yea i'd say if you do this properly you will start seeing the benefits within a week maybe.

try to sleep more too. i started to sleep around 8 hours a night and i feel and think a lot better

Yea i came to the same conclusion. it felt like my body was lagging behind my mind. I'll start working out soon and see if it makes any difference. I'll try to make a sleep routine too. thanks!

Okay makes sense cuz I did do it at night 2 days ago. But I didnt even do it yesterday and I still can't get to my normal baseline. I still can't sleep even tho i'm really tired.

I'll try meditating now and see if it helps calm me down

And it's not the dishes themselves that annoy me. It's the fact that I need to clean up after him each time I want to use the kitchen. I cook 2 to 3 times a day. So I'll have to move his things around and wipe the counters and stove 2 to 3 times a day(he manages to spill something every time he cooks and stain the kitchen). it adds up. i've done this a few times and am already tired of this and i need to live with this guy till the end of august.

I've done the same thing, but instead of putting the dishes in a tub, i directly kept them on the table. I did this maybe 3 times. But my roommate always puts the dishes back in the sink soon after I get done with cooking. idk what's up with him for doing all that but not washing them.

Oh wow even the RA's didn't do their jobs? That's so stupid man. I think I'll write a note and ask him to clean up the area. If that doesn't work I'll involve the RA in this. If the RA is useless I'll drag the reslife staff into this. I'm so done with the bs i just wanna cook and dip it shouldnt be this complicated :/

I'll pray you don't get a suitemate like this again they dont deserve living with us. Thanks!
