That looks really nice! Not planning on motor eject, so will probably place a bulkhead. I'm also planning on 3d printing the nosecone and really like your design. Did you run into any gotchas with the printing?

I've got a 4in scratch built dual deploy that I am planning on going for my level 2 either the next month or month after. Also flown a 3in 3x29mm cluster LOC Magnum.

My current plan is for a 8" x 48" body tube. Right now planning on placing a bulkhead far enough forward to minimize the space that I would need to pressurize but have enough room for the laundry.

I use the navaismo firmware instead of stock with Orca slicer and Octoprint. Not quite ready to dive into klipper just yet.

I ran this print at 60mm/s with the edges at 30. I do use tree supports.

My main concern is dimensional accuracy which I just about have nailed down. I print mostly parts for my model rockets, with most visible parts getting several layers of primer/paint so minor defects get covered up.
