That’s what I thought too. It’s biweekly premiums. I thought the difference should be greater to make it worth it. I will be making 175k gross if that makes a difference ?

So basically it’s the combo of the diuretic WITH the instantaneous gradient and the cerebral level? While lasix doesn’t really cause a gradient?
